Meet Sharon Kidd, Founder of Table Talk Cleveland

A native Clevelander, Sharon’s passion for youth development and community outreach developed during her 10 month service commitment as a City Year Cleveland Corps Member in 2005. Since then she has been committed to making a difference in the lives of youth in the Greater Cleveland area. She has worked in a variety of positions within the education and non-profit fields, gaining knowledge and experience in admissions & recruitment, student and personnel management, grant writing, event planning, marketing, client relationship retention and public relations.
Sharon is ecstatic to allow her many years of cross-sector leadership experience to manifest into Table Talk Cleveland, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals thrive byto empowering indivuals, including youth and young adults, ages 14-21, through Career Coaching, Business Consulting, Mentorship and Civic Engagement Opportunities. Her career has purposefully spanned across K-12, higher education and community engagement arenas; and her long-standing commitment to solving educational and social challenges runs deep.
In addition, she brings significant experience in youth program management, data analysis, youth development, community-based recruitment, school event organization, partnership development, budget management and program evaluation. Sharon also has experience with grant managment and new program implementation.
She holds a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in, Business Administration Management & Leadership and a post graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University.
