Meet Sharon Kidd, Founder of Table Talk Cleveland
A native Clevelander, Sharon’s passion for youth development and community outreach developed during her 10 month service commitment as a City Year Cleveland Corps Member in 2005. Since then she has been committed to making a difference in the lives of youth in the Greater Cleveland area. She has worked in a variety of positions within the education field gaining knowledge and experience in admissions & recruitment, student and personnel management, marketing management, client relationship retention and public relations.
Sharon is ecstatic to bring her many years of cross-sector leadership experience to Table Talk Cleveland! Her career has purposefully spanned across K-12, higher education and community engagement arenas; and her long-standing commitment to solving educational and social challenges runs deep.
In addition, she brings significant experience in youth program management, data analysis, youth development, community-based recruitment, event organization, partnership development, budget management and program evaluation. Sharon also has experience with grant writing and strategic program development. Moreover, Sharon has forged multiple collaborative relationships with community organizations around Greater Cleveland including Famicos Foundation, Signature Media and Neighborhood Connections.
She holds a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in, Business Administration Management & Leadership and a post graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University.
